LutPayGai is a multi-vendor e-commerce and dropshipping marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors and suppliers across Pakistan.

We provide the technology platform, order management system, and marketplace infrastructure that allow vendors to sell products online and customers to shop conveniently.

To become a vendor on LutPayGai:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete business and contact information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Vendors are fully responsible for all products listed under their account on the platform.

Vendors must ensure:

• Product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate.
• Prices and stock availability remain updated at all times.
• Products comply with Pakistani laws and regulations.
• Product listings do not infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

LutPayGai reserves the right to remove any product listing without prior notice if it violates our policies.

As a dropshipping marketplace, vendors are responsible for fulfilling customer orders efficiently and professionally.

Vendors must:

• Process and ship orders within the promised handling time.
• Ensure products are available before accepting orders.
• Upload valid tracking information for every shipment.
• Package items securely to avoid damage during transit.

Repeated delays, cancellations, or poor delivery performance may result in penalties or suspension.

Vendors are responsible for setting product prices on their virtual stores.

LutPayGai may charge commission fees, subscription fees, or service charges on sales. Vendor payouts are processed according to the platform’s payout schedule. Payments may be temporarily held to cover returns, disputes, or chargebacks.

Vendors are solely responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or other business obligations arising from their sales on our platform.

Customers may request returns or refunds if:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product differs significantly from its description.
• Items are incomplete or missing parts.

Return Request Timeline: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Vendors are responsible for refund or replacement costs if the issue is caused by the vendor.

Vendors are expected to:

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Resolve disputes promptly.
• Cooperate with LutPayGai support staff.
• Maintain high service standards.

Failure to provide acceptable customer support may result in account suspension or restrictions.

Users and vendors may not:

• Use misleading product information.
• Manipulate reviews or ratings.
• Contact customers outside the platform for direct sales.
• Misuse customer data.
• Engage in fraud, abuse, or deceptive business practices.

Any violation may lead to permanent account suspension and legal action.

Vendors confirm that they own or have legal permission to use all product images, brand names, logos, descriptions, and marketing content uploaded to our platform.

Copyright violations and infringement of third-party intellectual property are strictly prohibited.

LutPayGai values user privacy and takes reasonable security measures to protect personal information. We may collect your name, phone number, email address, shipping & billing address, payment details, and device/browser info. Customer information may only be used for order fulfillment and support purposes.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and ready for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Pakistan Orders: 3–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on vendor location, courier service, holidays, or product availability.

Tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order is shipped.

Customer Cancellation: Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation has been generated.

Platform or Vendor Cancellation: Orders may be canceled by the platform or vendor due to out-of-stock items, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or delivery limitations.

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund where applicable.

LutPayGai reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activities.
• Excessive customer complaints.
• Misuse of the platform.
• Repeated order fulfillment failures.

Outstanding balances may be withheld in cases involving fraud or severe policy violations.

LutPayGai operates solely as an online marketplace platform connecting customers with independent sellers.

We are not liable for vendor misconduct, supplier delays, shipping issues, product defects, business losses, or indirect/consequential damages.

Vendors remain fully responsible for their products and services sold on this marketplace.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including:

• Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002
• Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016
• Applicable Consumer Protection Laws

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

LutPayGai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
